The Programme

What you are actually learning

This is not a social media course. The platform is a tool. The mind is the asset. Every task in this programme is designed to build one habit: think before you post.

Level 1: Beginner

Three waves. One market. Real buyers from day one.

Wave 1: Market Awareness. You learn the Nigerian beauty market as a system. You map the buyers, the sellers, the competitors, and the regulatory environment. By the end of this wave you can describe a real buyer with real motivations, not a demographic with no face.

Wave 2: Guided Imitation. You receive a working campaign brief and a complete example. You write your own version, receive specific critique, and revise. The assessment is not whether the content looks good. It is whether you can explain the choices you made.

Wave 3: Simple Adaptation. A new brief. A new product. A new audience. No example to copy. You produce an independent mini-campaign and then transfer the same logic to an offline format, a verbal pitch or a product display card. If the thinking holds without the platform, you are ready to progress.

The products are real. MPS Beauty products are genuine makeup, skincare, and cosmetics distributed by MPS Retail across Nigeria. You are not practising on a fictional case study. You are learning to sell something that people are buying right now.

Access to the product catalog, the pricing structure, and the competitive context is all provided as part of the programme. You bring consistency, creativity, and the willingness to think carefully.

The Delivery

WhatsApp, voice notes, written briefs, and video calls.

The programme runs entirely through the channels you will use when you are running actual campaigns. No separate platform to learn. No LMS login to forget. The training environment and the working environment are deliberately the same.

How you move through the programme

Step 01

Apply

Submit the intake form below. Every response is read. We are looking for genuine interest, self-direction, and the clarity to explain why you want to be here.

Step 02

Onboard

Selected participants are admitted to the training space: the WhatsApp group, the Level 1 curriculum, the product catalog, and the first wave brief.

Step 03

Train and execute

Work through the three waves of Level 1. Receive feedback. Revise. Demonstrate that you understand the market, the buyer, and the campaign logic before moving forward.

Step 04

Progress and earn

Participants who complete Level 1 move to Level 2, unlock performance-based commission tiers, and become eligible for team lead and campaign management roles.

01: Interest

Genuinely curious about how things sell

You notice what makes a message land. You read captions and think about why they were written that way. You are interested in buyers, not just content.

02: Consistency

Prepared to show up daily and do the work

Social selling rewards discipline. You are willing to invest time, follow through on feedback, and improve without being pushed to do it.

03: Independence

Self-directing and not easily stuck

The programme is remote and the trainer has limited availability for routine questions. You read the materials, follow the structure, and solve small problems on your own before escalating.

Important

This cohort is self-propelling by design.

The training is structured but independent. The trainer intervenes for strategic reviews and major feedback points, not for daily troubleshooting. If you thrive on professional-standard independence and take initiative without waiting to be told, you will do well here. If you need constant hand-holding, this is not the right programme at this time.
